Cancellations
Running a small inn means that you need a cancellation policy that is fair to guests, but prevents those rooms from staying vacant. We understand that emergencies can occur; therefore our cancellation policy is as follows:
With more than 72 hrs notice before the 3 pm check-in time:
A $25.00 administrative fee will be billed to your credit card.
With less than 72 hrs notice before the 3 pm check-in time:
A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged to your credit card. Additionally, one night's stay will be charged to your credit card unless we are able to rebook the room for the period of your original reservation. If we are unable to rebook the room, the amount may be applied to a return visit to Meadows Inn within six months.
