Need to meet with a colleague early in the day? Invite your colleague to join you for breakfast. Guests not staying at the Inn pay $9.60 (inclusive of tax).

Business Breakfast or Lunch: With advance notice, a week day breakfast meeting may be arranged for up to 16 people. Guests not staying at the Inn pay $9.60 (inclusive of tax). A weekday lunch may be arranged for a minimum of 10-16 people.

Business Meeting: We can accommodate small groups of 4-6 people in the Gathering Room and up to 1-16 in the Breakfast Room, between the hours of 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. in ½ day increments.

Historic Downtown - Cottage

For those requiring an extended stay for business or leisure, the two bedroom cottage may be a consideration. Perfect for attorneys & paralegals representing parties at the Federal Court House (walking distance) for a lengthy trial, requiring overnight lodging for multiple rooms. Also, placement for temporary professionals requiring an extended stay in New Bern. Prospective residents working with a realtor, may enjoy living downtown, while looking to make New Bern their permanent home. Cottage sleeps 4 and is fully equipped for eating in or walk to the wonderful downtown eateries.

Cottage is smoke & pet free and offers 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms for long term stays. Furnished with fully equipped kitchen, linens, & appliances; includes washer/dryer, cableTV, WIFI and utilities. $2,000.00/month inclusive of listed amenities or a minimum of one week required at $500.00. With multiple months, the first month deposit is required.
